Shipping Policy
Stocking diaper are ready to ship, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. 

Shipping in the US:Purchased items are shipped via First Class or Priority through the United States Postal Service. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance you may do so at checkout. 

Shipping Internationally: Yes! We do offer international shipping! All items are shipped via First Class through the United States Postal Service. Sassybumz is not responsible for any fees, taxes or duties owed to your postal service. 

Sassybumz is not responsible for any damaged or Lost packages once delivered to USPS 

Return Policy 
Upon receiving your diaper please inspect the package to confirm order accuracy prior to washing or prepping your items. In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us. Please include in your ticket your order number, item name and description of defect. If the defect is a manufacture error we will replace, repair or refund your order within 15 days of receipt. 

If your Sassy does not meet your expectations, we will accept return of new, never been washed or worn items within 15 days of receipt. Upon receiving your returned items, we issue your refund (less shipping charges). We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items. 

Custom Diapers (Pre-order/Custom Round):Custom diapers can not be returned due to the nature of the product. In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Please include in your ticket, your order #, item name and description of the defect. Upon receipt we will inspect, repair or refund your order. 

Cancellation Policy 
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. If your item has been prepped and scheduled for shipping you may be required to pay shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15%
